Acceptance

By playing TINY HEROES you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the game for non-commercial purposes.

Intellectual property

TINY HEROES, the MINIS, MOTHER, all artwork, levels, text and code are owned by Project Team For You. You may share screenshots, videos and replay links of your own play.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer it for commercial use, or use automated systems to abuse it.

Online play

Nicknames must not be offensive, impersonate others or contain personal information. Every result is re-checked by our server; cheating, automation or attacks on the service are not allowed. We may rename or remove nicknames, remove results and block accounts that break these rules. Online features may be changed or discontinued.

Availability

The game is provided "as is" without warranties. We may update, change or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the game.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country.
